I had the honor of being interviewed by author, Rickey Pittman. Rickey contacted me after seeing some of my art displayed in the Rowan of the Wood vendor booth at the Bedford Celtic Heritage Festival in Bedford, Texas. I talked about my fantasy art collection, Maidens of the Otherworld, and was also happy to answer a few questions about my photographic background…makes me want to get out there with my camera again (and maybe soon with that new lens I’ve been thinking about buying).

How exciting!
2009 is going to be a busy year…solo exhibit, two large continuous freelance Web/Graphic Design gigs on the horizon, current client work, possibly vending at FaerieWorlds, and hopefully, some local Seattle art faires and festivals to attend with my art!
Does anyone in the Seattle area know of any good opportunities I can look into?

I am a photographic & digital artist inspired by myth, dreams and nature. My work is infused with the magic of the natural world and of the unseen realms of myth and imagination.

Excellent interview! I now see from whom I’ve developed my superb writing skills
That article is incredible! It’s funny they publish it without your consent, but using all your descriptions from your websites. Do you state somewhere that a lot of you work is under your maiden name? Or did the writer discover that himself? I just think that is the neatest! Kudos to Ben for finding the article (and for getting one sentence of fame for being your wife. I mean husband. “I’m so happy to be your wife!” Haha, remember that?)
Three cheers on your achievement!
