Here it is…a photo journalistic approach to all 17 pieces in my solo exhibit at the Lynnwood Library Gallery. Each piece is either 8×10 or 11×14 in size, matted and framed with 11×14 and 16×20 frames, respectively.  They are framed with museum-quality solid black beveled wood frames that are ready for hanging on a wall.  If you are interested in purchasing any of the work you see here, please fill out the contact form.

Below are some pictures from my exhibit at the Lynnwood Library Gallery in Lynnwood, WA.  I planned to be there at 1:00pm on Sunday, January 11th but we didn’t make it until 1:30pm, so if I missed anyone I apologize.  We only stayed a minute to snap some photos because a group was setting up for a meeting.

I’m swamped with preparations for a new year full of business (fingers crossed!), but soon I’d like to do some photojournalism about each piece in the exhibit.  You can subscribe to my blog to be notified about future posts like that one!

I will also have a list of all the work in the show that doesn’t sell by the end of the exhibit.  It’s all framed and ready for hanging on your wall!

Time draws near for the beginning of my solo exhibit at the Lynnwood Library Gallery in Lynnwood, Washington (just north of Seattle). The mats and prints thankfully arrived safely after being delayed due to Seattle’s “Snowpocalpse”, so all 18 pieces will be framed and ready to go for the show on Friday. The postcards have been sent to friends & family and more will be scattered about at the gallery. Very excited to ring in the new year with my first ever solo exhibit!

All of my friends and family (with the exception of my husband and a good friend who will be up for from San Francisco for a visit and to attend the Bad Faeries Ball) will not be able to attend, so I’ll be sure to post some pictures of the show. I’m looking forward to meeting some new people when I visit the gallery!

Just found out that my photography & art exhibit in Lynnwood, WA will be a SOLO exhibit! This is a first for me, I’m very excited! The show will be the first one of the year, running from January 9th – February 13th, 2009 at the Lynnwood Library. Go take a look if you live in the Seattle area!

I’ll need to frame 20-25 pieces, somehow attaching a wire to the back of each one. This is going to be pricey for a freelancer and a graduate student living in a big city. I have been chosen as an exhibiting artist in 2009 for the Lynnwood Arts Commission! 15-20 framed photographs and digital art will be displayed in the Lynnwood, Washington library gallery for approximately one month next year. This could be a solo exhibition! And if not, I will only be sharing space with one other artist. This is a great opportunity and a goal I’ve been working toward….I’m very excited!
